A Bold New Beginning: Introducing Winder Law Firm

Well, well, well... today is the day I get to put on my "Proud Wife" hat and shout from the rooftops (or at least from my social media accounts) about my incredible other half. Born from boldness and a shared spirit of chasing dreams, my husband Aaron A. Winder, Esq. has embarked on an incredible venture – founding his own law firm, Winder Law Firm.

This endeavor is deeply rooted in our shared values and Aaron's unique legacy as part of the first Black father-and-son attorney duo in Nevada.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to his dreams, Aaron made the courageous decision to pivot his career path at the age of 35. Despite having already established himself in healthcare administration, he heeded the calling to pursue his true passion – the law.

Aaron's decision to forge a new path is a testament to his resilience and his refusal to let age or circumstance dictate his aspirations. Through this transformative experience, he embodied the ethos that it is never too late to pursue one's dreams wholeheartedly.

As a fourth-generation resident of the city, Aaron's ties to Las Vegas run deep. But his story is one of breaking new ground and leaving a proud legacy for our twin daughters to carry forward. In those quiet moments after tucking them into bed, I take on the role of social media manager, crafting content to spread the word about his new personal injury law firm.

Winder Law Firm is a boutique practice that prides itself on a tailored, attentive approach. With meticulous care and dedication, Aaron handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including premises and product liability, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, dog bites, and various accidents involving cars, motorcycles, and ride-share vehicles.

At the helm is Aaron, armed with a Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law and a unique background blending healthcare administration with sociology and philosophy studies from UC Santa Barbara. His path has been defined by perseverance, critical thinking, problem-solving prowess, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Now, my husband employs his vast expertise to advocate tenaciously for clients while enriching Nevada's legal landscape.
